packed, washed, dried well

oranges
peeled, chopped into bite-sized pieces

red onion
sliced thin

whole cucumber
sliced

light vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add dressing and toss again.
Serve.
